How Orders Are Fulfilled

All apparel (T-shirts, hats, etc.) is print-on-demand and drop-shipped via Tapstitch. Production typically takes 1–6 business days before shipping.

Shipping Timeframes:

• Domestic Apparel (from U.S. Tapstitch warehouses): 5–9 business days in transit

• International Apparel (from non-U.S. Tapstitch facilities): 9–14 business days average via Special Line or Express

Shipping Costs:

Tapstitch calculates shipping fees at checkout, based on the method and destination.

Tracking & Notifications:

You’ll receive tracking info via email once items ship. Tapstitch provides regular fulfillment updates.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Missing packages after 20 days may be due to customs, address errors, or courier issues—Tapstitch will assist in re-shipping where applicable.
